The Bottle Cap Factory

A revival of a historic warehouse into a contemporary workspace that has been built to foster connection and collaboration with open plan functional spaces and mezzanine infrastructure throughout.

Formally occupied by Maitland Brewing Company in the early 20th century, the Bottle Cap Factory is encased in a rich history with key period features such as an industrial overhead hoist and exposed original brickwork. These exisiting features have been preserved, ensuring the factory’s history remains visible and celebrated and have inspired the industrial interior palette with natural lime wash paint, restored timber from concrete and Australian hardwood timber used throughout.

Black steel framing curvature and metal cabinetry compliment the burnt orange furnishings and brickwork backdrop giving the space a warm polished feel, bringing together luxury and functionality.
