  • Initial Email

    After our initial call, we can send you an email with some further details on the stages involved in our projects, the type of approvals you can expect to need in order to build you project and some briefing questions so we can get to know you better and design a house or space that is tailored to your lifestyle.

    We also provide you a project guide outlining our core services and fee structure so you can have a full picture of next steps.

    At the end of the email we suggest some availability to meet you, preferrably on your site or at your home in order for us to understand your context and the project parameters.

  • Initial Consultation

    Once we have established a time to meet with you, we can organise a walk through or your site or house. This is important for us to gauge some initial ideas of how to structure the approach to your project.

    We can also discuss our services in detail, timing and budget expectations for next steps in your project journey.

    We leave you with a hard copy of our detailed Client Guide with information on our stages, services, team, fee structure and past projects for some inspiration.

    The aim of this meeting is to walk away with a fairly clear direction on next steps for the project and how we can best assist you.
